We don't just install blinds — we install systems designed by a team of more than 25 engineers, designers and technicians at Rollease Acmeda's Melbourne Innovation & Design Centre. Acmeda has been engineering window-covering hardware in Australia since 1980, is ISO 9001 certified, and ships to more than 40 countries. Every motor, every remote, every piece of firmware is designed and tested in Australia.
Every component undergoes rigorous life testing simulating decades of daily use.
Plastics and fabrics are tested in specialised UV chambers to ensure they won't fade, crack, or fail under the Australian sun.
Our ZipScreen system was tested at Australia's leading aerodynamic facility, withstanding winds up to 140 km/h.
